The process of the powder coating takes place in three steps - pretreatment, coating and baking. The required layer thickness and a scratch- and impact-resistant surface are achieved with just one coating.
Our standard colour RAL 7032 (pebble grey) which is applied with an average layer thickness of 30 - 60 µm and a silk gloss surface, is electrically conductive and food-safe.
No impairment of the appearance is to be expected at temperatures up to +80 °C.
Further colours and customer-specific powder coatings are also no problem for us.
A great many of our products are hot-dip galvanized in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1461. In a modern process, hot-dip galvanizing protects steel parts against corrosion and ensures excellent resistance to atmospheric stresses. It meets the requirements for durability and ensures corrosion protection over the entire service life.
Items with moving components are electrically galvanized with a layer thickness of about 10 µm.
Our suspended shot-blasting system is used for the ferrite-free, automatic and all-round treatment of stainless steel components. The use of spherical stainless steel blasting agents achieves a homogeneous surface that creates a high-quality workpiece appearance.
We use the high-grade material 1.4301 as our standard. On request we also supply stainless steel 1.4571, which has a higher resistance to acids and salts.
